Add new users to your account

How to add users

Company Admins can create users and modify the permissions of their company's users. To request the Company Admin role, please reach out to an existing Company Admin, or BG Distribution.

Log into your account and click “Manage Account”

Go to the Employees tab and click “Add Employee”

Only the username (a valid email address) is needed. The employee’s name and phone number are optional fields).

NOTE: Your employee will receive an email inviting them to activate their account. If they need help getting set up, they can follow the "Set up your account" guide.
