What payment methods are available?
- Placing orders online is done via PO. COD accounts must pay before delivery while credit accounts are NET30.
- We accept EFT, cheques, Visa/Mastercard, and e-transfers to ar.cr@bgdistribution.ca. For details on how to pay, please contact your branch or reach out to ar.cr@bgdistribution.ca.
- Please note: A 2% processing fee may apply for credit/debit purchases.
Can I see BG's entire inventory and stock on the shop page?
- Our shop displays everything except non-stock and special order items. Please get in touch with your local branch to order these products.
- When you scroll through the products, the stock is for your main BG warehouse, but you can see the exact stock for all BG warehouses by expanding the availability list.
- Please note that shipping charges may be applied when shipping from outside your main BG warehouse, depending on how quickly you want to receive your order and the length/weight of the product.
What do I do if I want to return an item?
- Contact your branch to get a BG authorization number.
- We will check the merchandise or have it verified by the manufacturer. Your account will be credited after.
- Please note: You are responsible for shipping fees associated with the return, and there is a restocking fee for "non-stock" and special items or products. Some items cannot be returned. Contact your sales representative.
How long does it take to receive stock from another warehouse?
- Our warehouses are grouped into East (Ottawa, Montreal, St. Bruno, Quebec, Toronto) and West (Vancouver and Winnipeg).
- Transfers within groups generally take 1 – 3 days and are done on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- Transfers between groups are done irregularly and can take 1 – 3 weeks.
- Contact your local branch for non-standard shipping options such as a rush order, estimated delivery dates, and possible shipping fees.
- Fees may apply depending on how quickly you want to receive your order and the length/weight of the product.
