Save your cart for later
Save the cart
- From your cart, instead of clicking “next” to checkout, you can click “Save for later”
- You will get a screen saying the order was saved to your account’s order history.
Retrieve the saved cart
- Navigate to the “Orders” tab in the customer portal (Manage Account > Orders, or click orders from the utility Menu to go directly there.
- Saved carts have the status “Saved”, so if it’s been a while since you saved it, you can filter the column for “Saved”
- Click the “Web Order #” or the arrow at the far right of the screen to open it
- Click “Edit Order” in the top right of the screen to put the items back into your cart
- From there, you can either click “Next” to place the order, OR click “Clear Cart” to delete the saved cart.
- Saved carts are visible to all of your company’s users. If you want to know who saved the cart, you can add the column “Placed By”
