Order statuses
Entered
- Quote created; order not yet placed.
- Online store orders skip to Ordered.
- This status will still show for orders placed through our sales staff under your customer number.
Ordered
- Order placed.
- Not yet released to warehouse
Picked
- Released to warehouse and at least one item is available.
- Does not mean the order is complete.
- To check arrivals: Customer Portal → Orders → select order → Acknowledgement → see Shipped Quantity
- In this test example, 1 item was ordered but it hasn't arrived yet so the "Shipped Quantity" is 0.
Shipped
- Complete or partial order has left the warehouse (pickup or delivery).
Invoiced
- Invoice issued for the shipped portion.
- Orders in Shipped stage enter Invoiced typically overnight.
Paid
- Payment received and applied; invoice paid in full.
Cancelled
- Order or quote cancelled.
