Order statuses

Entered

• Quote created; order not yet placed.
• Online store orders skip to Ordered.
• This status will still show for orders placed through our sales staff under your customer number.

Ordered

• Order placed.
• Not yet released to warehouse

Picked

• Released to warehouse and at least one item is available.
• Does not mean the order is complete.
• To check arrivals: Customer Portal → Orders → select order → Acknowledgement → see Shipped Quantity
• In this test example, 1 item was ordered but it hasn't arrived yet so the "Shipped Quantity" is 0.

Shipped

• Complete or partial order has left the warehouse (pickup or delivery).

Invoiced

• Invoice issued for the shipped portion.
• Orders in Shipped stage enter Invoiced typically overnight.

Paid

• Payment received and applied; invoice paid in full.

Cancelled

• Order or quote cancelled.
