Québec customers (MTL, STB, QUÉ) are automatically created with French as their account default, and Western Canada customers (OTT, TOR, WIN, VAN) are created with English as their default. Please use this guide to change your language preferences if needed.
Change the store language
You can change the store language by clicking the language option in the top right corner of the page.
This will change the language of the store for ONLY your session
Change your account language
Changing your account language means once you log in, the store will always be in your prefered language, AND your communications, acknowlegements, invoices, etc. will also be in your chosen language.
Click “Manage account” to access the customer portal, then click “Profile” and scroll down to “Preferences”
Click the bar, and you will see “English” and “French”. Select your preferred account language and refresh.
